⚡ Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice that complies with the requirements above, we will:

- Notify the user: If the content was uploaded or shared by a user, we will make a reasonable attempt to notify the user that the material has been removed or disabled.
- Provide counter-notice information: Inform the user of their right to submit a counter-notice if they believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Repeat infringers: We maintain a policy of terminating accounts or blocking access for users who are repeat infringers. While ProductVala does not require accounts, we reserve the right to block IP addresses or restrict access to our services for repeat offenders.
✅ Note: Because ProductVala processes files temporarily and does not permanently store user content, most DMCA concerns would relate to content displayed on our website itself (such as images, text, or code), not user-uploaded files which are automatically deleted. If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. To be effective, a counter-notice must include:

File Processing Tools (PDF, Image, Media Converters):
- Users upload files to our servers for temporary processing (conversion, compression, editing).
- Files are automatically deleted after processing — usually within minutes to an hour.
- We do NOT host, store, or redistribute user files beyond the processing window.
- Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to process any files they upload.
Generative Tools (QR Codes, Calculators, etc.):
- These tools generate new content based on user input (like QR codes, calculations, etc.).
- Users own the output generated from these tools.
- If a user generates a QR code that links to infringing content, the responsibility lies with the user, not ProductVala.
