Shipping Policy
At Productvala, our goal is to deliver quality products quickly and safely to your doorstep.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.During festive seasons or high order volume, processing may extend slightly.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 4–6 business days for most locations across India.Remote, village or difficult-to-reach areas may take an additional 2–3 days.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.For orders below ₹499, a small shipping fee may apply (visible at checkout).Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional COD charge.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be sent via SMS/Email. You can track your shipment status anytime using the tracking link.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your order. If the order fails to deliver due to customer unavailability, it will be returned to our warehouse.
6. Incorrect Address / Phone Number
Please ensure all details (Name, Address, Phone Number, Pincode) are accurate. Productvala is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Product
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share order ID + clear photos/video of the package. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
8. Undelivered or Lost Packages
If the courier marks your package as lost or undelivered, we will issue a full refund or resend the item at no extra cost.
9. International Shipping
Currently, Productvala ships only within India.
